Warm, friendly, approachable staff. Accommodating and responsive, particularly for a resident whose needs are a little outside the ‘norm’. The staff always have time to discuss concerns and genuinely care for the residents. A relaxed friendly atmosphere, that is not clinical or institutionalized. Deborah Makepeace
